On February 3^, 2021, Dr. Cirillo, from Career Skills Network will be presenting a strategy session on First Impressions and the V.A.L.U.E. process at conference presented by EnvisionEdPlus. This conference is offering free family engagement workshops titled Engage Families with S.O.U.L: Practical strategies for pandemic times and ever after. Each learning session will offer attendees practical and practicable tools to intentionally build connections and strength-based relationships that engage families as learning partners. S.O.U.L. represents four core components essential to solidify connections:

• Sense of belonging
  
• Ownership in learning
  
• Understanding and valuing families
  
• Legacy and long-term impact of families as learning partners
